Week 7 Run 1, version 2. Goal: 5km or how to make 40 minutes of huffing and puffing more painful.Thanks to Kat's experience, I arranged my run over hill and dale as far as Gersweilerstraße and away from any temptation to quit. I was on the last leg and on my way into work, when I passed an old woman who was talking to herself. She distracted me enough that I didn't pick up my feet, and next thing I was sliding across the pavement *ouch* But I did finish the run! And I inventoried the department first aid kit.
