I made it through run#3 tonight. The schedule: warm-up 5 min. stretch, then 7x (run 1 min, walk 2) and cool-down. Only got up to 120bpm tonight (compared to 140 the other 2 runs) - slow going.I walked to work so I could jog back downtown. I also "ran" a few errands at the end, including the tourist office (for bike route maps), the bank and the grocer for some kind of green cauliflower that looked like a living Mandelbrot fractal pattern - couldn't resist.

Only problem is, I seem to have lost my competitor ... or did she leave me in her dust?
