The Great Fitness Challenge
Beginning Jan. 1 in a town near you - the 10k Running Challenge.
Follow our progress - better yet, blog your own and see if you can keep pace with us! We're off to discover our local neighbourhoods in Tadley (UK) and Saarbruecken (Germany). Kathleen is starting out from her country estate and I will be taking the Saar River bicycle path to follow the British Columbia Sport Med training schedule.
The rules:
1. We get one gold star for each completed training day.

2. We get a snake for each missed training day (maximum 3 snakes!).
3. We get a bottle of champagne and plate of parsnips (or whatever your favourites are) at the finish line.
Some other online tools we'll be using to track our progress -
Any takers?
(You can try the Walk10 training schedule if that suits your pace.)
